Part 7: Time Management Tips

Although there will never seems to be enough time for content marketing...

You're in control of your time!

Here are some of the ways you can make the time for creating the content marketing you need to build your business and increase your profits:

  • Step 1: Commit. Treat your content marketing as seriously as you treat phone calls or meetings with your A-list prospects and customers. Make "appointments" for short, 30-45 minute, content marketing sessions 2 or 3 times a week.
  • Step 2: Share your commitment. Let coworkers, family, and friends know when you're not going to be unavailable, and why.
  • Step 3: Be alert. Schedule content marketing for times when your energy levels are usually high.
  • Step 4: Cultivate efficiency. Explore ways to write more efficiently. Explore tools like checklists, templates, and worksheets. Model good examples of content.

Learn how to get more out of your software. And, if you don't like writing, consider dictating your ideas and having them transcribed.
